Keçmiş sevgilinizin köynəyi - FOTOLAR

Fotoqraf Karla Riçmond və yazıçı Hanne Stin yeni bir ideyaya imza atıb. Karla və Hanne qadınlara keçmiş sevgililərinin köynəyində poza verməyi tapşırıb. Alınan nəticə isə göz qabağında olub. Dul və ya sevgilisindən ayrılmış qadınlar itirdikləri insanların köynəyində daha emosional görünüblər.

Fotolarda çəkilmiş qadınların həyatı məxfi saxlanılır. Onlardan biri deyib: “Sevgilimdən ayrıldıqdan sonra mən onun iyi, qolları və özü üçün darıxırdım. O zaman bu köynəyi geyinməklə onu xatırlayırdım”.

Publika.az qadınların emosional fotolarını təqdim edir.

Poignant: Lovers Shirts is a photo project created between Los Angeles-based photographer Carla Richmond and writer Hanne Steen, who recruited dozens of women to strike a pose in their ex-lovers' shirts

Exposed: The resulting series is a poignant look at the different emotional responses of each individual

+17

Holding onto memories: The photographer's own grandmother (pictured) tears up as she clutches the cardigan that once belonged to her husband

+17

Unknown: The artist chose to keep each woman's story and identity a mystery

+17

Self-reflection: To capture their subjects at their most vulnerable, Hanne and Carla asked a series of memory-provoking questions while the women watched themselves in a mirror

+17

Remembrance: Some of the things they asked were: 'What about this shirt conjures the person it belonged to - does it smell like them? Does it feel like them? Can you see them in it?'

+17

Compilation: Recording the conversations as anonymous statements, they then compiled sentences and fragments from each woman into a long block of text, creating a sort of free-form prose poem

+17

Recollection: A woman becomes emotional as she looks back on her past relationship

+17

Human emotion: 'With this project we hope to gently raise the question: what is universal when it comes to love and loss?' said the artists behind Lovers Shirts

Distracted: Some of the subjects avert their gaze from the camera, looking deep in thought

+17

Straightforward: Others stare boldly forward, seemingly confronting their fears and insecurities

+17

Trigger memories: 'Feel the shirt on your body. Feel where it touches your skin, and where it falls away... And think about the person who the shirt belongs to,' Carla and Hanne instructed their subjects

+17

Rewind: They also told the women to 'think about the first time you met this person, and let the relationship play out before your eyes, like a sped-up old movie'

Raw feelings: 'From the pool of our anonymous subjects' personal experiences, we draw a universal story of the human capacity to love, to lose, and to move on,' explained the artists

+17

Real life: Hanne's personal experience with a difficult break-up was what initially inspired the project

+17

Tiny details: 'After my last relationship ended, I missed wearing his shirts, because I missed him - his smell, his arms around me,' explained the writer

+17

Raw emotion: Hanne explains that she wanted to look deeper at this phenomenon, and how it affects each woman differently
